The Clock Museum

Billed as one of the largest collections of clocks in the world, this museum is recommended in the Rick Steves guide.  I am always amazed at how often his books are right on the mark with offbeat attractions, unfortunately this was not one of them.  It was OK and had a amazing amount of clocks that span the world of time devices, from early astronomical clocks to modern punch card clocks for workers.  I guess I was hoping for some over the top clocks, but there were not that many.  It may have also been related to the fact everything was in German and even the tour was in German, so I didn't take it.  Oh well, here's a few shots.  At lease it was not out of the way on the drive:
